Once we have received payment we will send you a confirmation via e-mail. Please print out and bring the confirmation mail with you for entry to the conference.

Cancellation:
Should you be unable to attend the conference, a substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge. For cancellations sent to us in writing before 13 February 2012, we will make a refund less a 15% service charge. After this deadline, further refund claims regrettably cannot be considered.

We will distribute a participants list and a group picture at the conference and on our homepage. If you do not agree please inform us via e-mail one week prior to the conference.
